Whole Food Recipes created by Sabrina Marie

In creating whole food recipes, I focus on the undeniable benefits of vegetables, spices, nuts, seeds, grains, and some poultry and fish. Because of my personal sensitivities to dairy, I rarely use cheese or milk in any of my recipes. Instead, I use nut milks and nut butters. The philosophy behind my "cuisine" is non judgemental, embracing all the gifts of mother nature. Through my personal experiences, I have learned that most nutritional theories and approaches have their benefits, each represent a "slice of the pie" whose end result is good health.
