Open Sesame Cooking enhances your life with motivation, education & inspiration about natural, whole foods. We teach how to select and prepare delicious, wholesome foods. Because if you don't enjoy it, it's not healthy.

The Short Story

Today Open Sesame Cooking is a small cooking school located in the dining room of my West Asheville home. (For more information about me, read about Sabrina Marie). Scheduling of classes at this time is erratic, though I hope to do better in 2005. We have dreams to expand, but at the moment, we are taking things one step at a time.

Services

Personal Coaching and Instruction

If changing your diet feels too overwhelming, you may benefit by hiring a personal coach. Sabrina will work with you individually to help transform your kitchen into a healthy, vital space; to organize your nutritional needs through menu planning; and to develop and enhance your food preparation skills through personal instruction. For most people a "kitchen trainer" session would entail first a phone call in which your needs are assesed; development of recipes specific to your needs; atleast one cooking training session (usually 2 or 3 hours long) in which a cooking class is created specific for your needs. Charges for this service are based on a reasonable, hourly rate, average price for the entire program is $150.00.
